LEARNING@CLARION Develop a passion for learning. If you do, you'll never cease to grow. - Anthony J. D'Angelo
As the above mentioned old adage very profoundly states – learning is synonymous to growth, we continuously invent innovative means to promote collaborative learning environment within Clarion. From the time the new member joins the Clarion family, learning and sharing becomes an indispensable component of his existence. We place prime importance on the ability to share knowledge, and therefore you would find Clarionites proactively participating on many technical forums across the World Wide Web.
Our all learning initiatives are driven and managed by self appointed group-Clarion Think Tanks. These learning initiatives are specially programmed to generate tangible outcomes for you, the organization, and ultimately our clients. The group ensures that Clarion as a team is not only always on the leading edge of technology adoption curve but each grey cell in the organization is assimilating more and more every day. 15 minutes Learning
15 minutes learning is a lot of fun. It is not only restricted to the technology or business management, but any sphere which is inline with Clarion’s business objectives. People of similar interests club together to learn for 15 minutes every day! Members of Clarion clan leverage our well stocked library, intranet, internal wikis, internal e-learning center comprising of training videos on various technologies, and even internet to develop their knowledge repository, which is then shared with rest of family through week-end seminars, internal discussion forum, company’s internal blog, and even through self created videos. This facilitates all units to synchronously advance towards excellence and innovation.
Weekly newsletters Through our weekly technology newsletters, our consultants share the latest and best in the technology arena, along with tips and tricks on how to slam-dunk troublesome bugs and generate quality ‘first pass’ codes. The newsletters are also shared with the programming community outside Clarion, which have contributed in promoting the ideology behind learning-sharing; eventually culminating into creation of a large virtual network of the best minds in our industry.
Buddy and Mentor System With new aspiring minds joining the organization, the HR team appoints relevant mentor(s) who help these new recruits orient themselves according to Clarion’s culture. Soon after the induction, the mentor charts out a customized knowledge development program in accordance to the new member’s profile and his/her preparedness level. And as an individual advances at Clarion, the respective manager will help drive a measurable growth on a consistent basis.
Internal Discussion forum and blogs Clarion insists and demands knowledge sharing. And therefore, as and when we encounter an unexpected or important event we immediately let the rest of us know through our internal forums, blogs, etc. Our internal discussion forum facilities collaborative working environment and encourage people to look for solutions from more experience professionals within the organization. This also keeps everyone posted on latest advancements happening on ongoing and upcoming learning initiatives.
Apart from Clarion’s vast array of learning initiatives, tremendous learning for any Clarionite comes from working throughout the lifecycle of projects. People at Clarion get to execute right from conceptualization stage to all the way up to creation and deployment, unlike many other IT services providers where segregation of duties is clearly identified and assigned.
